1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The jewelry must be unworn and in new condition.

  • The jewelry must be returned with its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity, warranties, and documentation that were included with the order.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable unless the product has a manufacturing defect or is incorrect due to our error.

  • Items returned must not show signs of damage, wear, or alterations.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the jewelry back to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping for domestic orders.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on international orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for your return to ensure it is safely delivered to us. Ruhi Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you and may offer an exchange or store credit.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different product, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and must comply with the same eligibility criteria as returns.

  • If the exchange is for a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the price difference.

  • If the exchange is for a lower-priced item, we will issue a refund for the price difference once the return is processed.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved pieces or custom-designed jewelry) is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We encourage you to carefully review all details of custom orders before finalizing your purchase.

8. Refunds to Credit Cards

Refunds to credit cards may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies. Please note that Ruhi Jewels cannot control the timing of these transactions once the refund has been issued.

9. Cancellations
